Christmas
Greetings and a Letter of Concern
Addressed to President
Donald J. Trump

Mr. President Donald J. Trump,
As the Christmas season approaches, I wish to extend to you
and your family my sincere wishes for peace, good health, and God’s continued
protection. Christmas is a sacred time — a moment for reflection, gratitude,
and renewed faith in God’s guidance over our lives and over the destiny of
nations.
I write to you not only to offer Christmas greetings, but
also to share a deep concern that weighs heavily on my heart regarding the
future of the United States of America — a nation that stands as the last
stronghold of freedom in the world.
From my personal experience as a man who lost his homeland to
communism, I fear that America today is facing a danger not from foreign
invasion alone, but from internal subversion. It is my belief that elements
within the Democratic Party have fallen under the influence of what many
Americans refer to as the Deep State — a hidden network of power that
operates beyond democratic accountability and seeks to transform America away
from its founding principles.
Under noble-sounding slogans of “social justice” and
“progress,” ideas rooted in socialist and communist ideology are being quietly
normalized. These ideas undermine faith, weaken the family, distort truth, and
erode the moral foundations upon which the United States was built. History has
shown — without exception —that wherever communism gains power, freedom of
thought, freedom of speech, and human dignity are inevitably destroyed.
America was founded upon the eternal truth expressed in the
words “In God We Trust” and “One Nation Under God.”
When a nation abandons God, it does not become neutral — it becomes vulnerable
to deception, corruption, and tyranny. I fear that this spiritual and moral
erosion is being exploited to push America toward a form of soft
totalitarianism, achieved not by force, but by manipulation of media,
education, and public opinion.
Mr. President, I recognize and deeply respect your courage in
standing against these forces. You have shown a willingness to speak
uncomfortable truths and to defend the sovereignty, faith, and freedom of the
American people, even at great personal risk. For this reason, I pray for you
every night, asking God to grant you wisdom, strength, and protection in this
historic struggle.
Christmas reminds us that Light came into the world to
overcome Darkness. I believe that America is now engaged in such a struggle — between
truth and falsehood, freedom and control, faith and godlessness. My hope and
prayer is that, under God’s providence, America will choose the path of Light
and remain a beacon of liberty for future generations.
May God bless you, your family, and the
United States of America.
Respectfully,
Au van Dang, a former pilot of the
Republic Vietnam Air Force.
