Kính thưa Ngài John Roberts, Thẩm phán Tối cao,

Xin tự giới thiệu, tôi tên là Đặng văn Âu, bút hiệu Bằng Phong, 80 tuổi, hiện cư ngụ tại Thành phố Westminster, Orange County, California. Xin trình lên Ngài đôi điều suy nghĩ của tôi về nước Mỹ hiện nay.

Năm 1954, sau Hiệp định Genève chia đôi đất nước Việt Nam tôi, Hoa Kỳ giao cho người Việt Nam chúng tôi trọng trách làm người lính tiền đồn để ngăn chặn cuộc xâm lăng của những người lính tiền phong Miền Bắc âm mưu tiến hành cuộc cách mạng vô sản toàn thế giới do Liên Xô, Trung Cộng lãnh đạo.

Năm 1962, tôi được Không Quân Hoa Kỳ tuyển lựa để đào tạo phi công chiến đấu tại trường bay Moody AFB, thành phố Valdosta, Tiểu bang Georgia để khi thành tài, trở về nước chiến đấu bên cạnh các bạn Đồng Minh Hoa Kỳ như một “freedom fighter” để bảo vệ giá trị làm người.

Năm 1972, Hoa Kỳ ký thỏa hiệp với Mao Trạch Đông, Chủ tịch nước Cộng Hòa Nhân Dân Trung Hoa và năm 1975 Hoa Kỳ bỏ rơi Việt Nam Cộng Hòa cho Việt Cộng. Hàng triệu quân cán chính VNCH bị Việt Cộng hành hạ, sỉ nhục và hàng chục ngàn người chết trong trại tập trung. Hàng triệu người Việt vượt biển, vượt rừng tìm tự do và hàng trăm ngàn người bỏ mình. Sự phủi tay một cách vô trách nhiệm của Hoa Kỳ khiến cho thế giới nhìn Hoa Kỳ bằng cặp mặt thiếu thiện cảm.

Năm 1980, tôi được Hoa Kỳ cho phép tuyên thệ trở thành công dân. Tôi rất hãnh diện được làm công dân của một nước giàu mạnh, văn minh nhất thế giới. Tôi cố gắng sống trong khuôn khổ pháp luật, chăm chỉ làm việc và đóng thuế đầy đủ. Ngoài ra, tôi thường lên tiếng nhắc nhở đồng bào tôi trong Cộng Đồng Tỵ Nạn Cộng Sản hãy luôn luôn nhớ căn cước tỵ nạn của mình để sống cho xứng đáng với danh nghĩa đi tìm tự do, tuyệt đối không lợi dụng sự trắc ẩn của Hoa Kỳ để thụ hưởng những quyền lợi bất chính. Dù lâm vào hoàn cảnh mất nước, đành mất tất cả gia tài, sự nghiệp, nhưng đừng để mất danh dự của một dân tộc có bốn ngàn năm văn hóa khiến cho người Mỹ bản xứ khinh bỉ. Đặc biệt, mỗi người tỵ nạn phải luôn luôn nhớ rằng chủ nghĩa cộng sản là kẻ thù của nhân loại, vì nó súc vật hóa con người. Chống lại chủ nghĩa cộng sản là nghĩa vụ thiêng liêng của mỗi người không muốn bị cưỡng bức làm súc vật.

Kính thưa Ngài Thẩm phán tối cao,

Lịch sử thế giới cho biết những Đế quốc hùng cường sụp đổ vì vua chúa sa đọa. Tôi nhận thấy nước Mỹ đang có nguy cơ sụp đổ vì người lãnh đạo Mỹ, trí thức Mỹ đang có chiều hướng sa đọa, chạy theo tiền bạc, vật chất và dần dần xa lìa giá trị đạo đức mà những nhà lập quốc đã dày công xây dựng. Xin được kể tóm tắt:

         1/ Tổng thống Bill Clinton mang gái đáng tuổi con mình vào tòa Bạch Ốc để hành lạc. Nói dối hữu thệ (perjury), nhưng các vị dân cử đều bảo vệ chiếc ghế Tổng thống cho Bill Clinton là coi khinh pháp luật.

         2/ Tổng thống George Bush vu khống Saddam Hussein có vũ khí sinh học để mang đại quân sang tiêu diệt, giết hàng triệu người dân vô tội và làm thương vong hàng vạn binh sĩ Hoa Kỳ, mà đến nay vẫn chưa có dấu hiệu chấm dứt. Hành động của George W. Bush có tính cách trả thù cho cha mình vì Saddam Hussein mưu sát ông Bush Cha tại Kuwait, hơn là vì an ninh Quốc gia hay vì quyền lợi nước Mỹ.

         3/ Bầu Barack Hussein Obama, một vị Thượng Nghị sĩ chưa có một thành tích gì đáng kể và có xu hướng Marxist, lên làm Tổng thống với chủ trương chia rẽ chủng tộc qua khẩu hiệu “Black Lives Matter”, cúi rạp người trước các Quốc vương Hồi giáo, hèn hạ trước Tập Cận Bình – lãnh tụ Trung Cộng – khi bị buộc xuống máy bay bằng cửa đuôi máy bay.

         4/ Bà Ngoại trưởng Hillary Clinton để mặc cho quân khủng bố giết ông Đại sứ J. Christopher Stevens và nhân viên an ninh ở Benghazi, sử dụng “server” riêng không được bảo vệ an ninh, hủy diệt 30 ngàn email vẫn được đảng Dân Chủ đề cử tranh chức Tổng thống, vẫn được những Giáo sư của 10 trường Đại học danh tiếng nhất của Mỹ ủng hộ. Bà Hillary là nhân vật có tham vọng giành quyền lực bằng mọi giá, bị nghi ngờ giết nhiều người một cách bí ẩn, thì không xứng đáng làm Tổng thống Hoa Kỳ.

         5/ Trong cuộc bầu cử vào ngày 3 tháng 11 vừa qua, đảng Dân Chủ toa rập với truyền thông tham nhũng, dùng thủ đoạn gian lận để giành chức Tổng thống là một hành vi đáng xấu hổ trước dư luận thế giới. Tiểu bang Texas đâm đơn kiện lên Tối Cao Pháp Viện với sự hưởng ứng của 18 Tiểu bang khác, nhưng Tối Cao Pháp Viện không thèm thụ lý, phê ngay mấy chữ “không đủ tư cách”, người dân cảm thấy các quan tòa coi khinh pháp luật, khi đứng về phía bọn gian lận.

Nước Mỹ là ngọn hải đăng của nền dân chủ, được các quốc gia chậm tiến noi gương. Thế mà một vị dân cử ở Pensylvania phải nghẹn ngào nói: “Nước Mỹ có thể đưa người lên mặt trăng. Nước Mỹ đem quân sang Iraq để giúp bảo vệ cuộc bầu cử công bằng. Nhưng nước Mỹ không thể tổ chức một cuộc bầu cử lương thiện tại chính quốc, thì chẳng có điều gì đáng xấu hổ hơn?”. Chẳng hay những nhà lãnh đạo trong đảng Dân Chủ còn có khả năng biết xấu hổ hay không?

Luật sư Lin Wood vừa đặt cho Ngài hai câu hỏi trên diễn đàn mạng để yêu cầu Ngài phải trả lời với công luận:

         1/ Are you the John Roberts, Chief Justice, on Epstein flight logs?

2/ Did you say to Justice Stephen Breyer about @realDonaldTrump “the mother f#*ker would never be re-elected.”

Tỷ phú Jeffrey Epstein (a pimp) mua một hòn đảo, dựng lên một “nhà chứa” gái vị thành niên để cho những nhân vật danh tiếng (celebrities) mang chứng ấu dâm ra đó hành lạc. Tên Ngài xuất hiện trên danh sách hành khách. Vậy có đúng là Ngài không? Có phải Ngài đã bàn tính với Thẩm phán Stephen Breyer để ngăn Tổng thống Donald Trump tái đắc cử?

Hình ảnh Ngài tắm biển và Ngài ngồi chung “sofa” với Ghislaine Maxwell, người phụ nữ được gọi là Tú Bà chuyên môn kiếm gái cho dịch vụ Epstein.

Một người được tuyển chọn làm Thẩm phán Tối cao phải được FBI điều tra kỹ lưỡng về phẩm hạnh, phải qua sự sát hạch của gắt gào của các Thượng Nghị sĩ lưỡng đảng thì mới được chuẩn nhận. Tại sao Ngài giao du với tổ chức ấu dâm, thì còn gì uy tín để cầm cán cân công lý? Tổng thống Hoa Kỳ được nhân dân bầu chọn trong cuộc phổ thông đầu phiếu. Dù Ngài là Thẩm phán Tối cao cũng không có quyền ngăn người khác làm Tổng thống? Ngài có thấy lời lẽ thô tục để bàn bạc với Thẩm phán Stephen Breyer là khiếm nhã và vi hiến không?

Tiền lương của Ngài là tiền thuế đóng góp của nhân dân. Cho nên Ngài phải có trách nhiệm trả lời với quần chúng về câu hỏi của Luật sư Lin Wood để quần chúng phán xét hành vi của Ngài có xứng đáng với chức vụ mà Ngài đang đảm trách.

Tổng thống Jimmy Carter có chính sách đối ngoại mềm yếu, nên chính quyền Iran mới dám bắt tất cả nhân viên Tòa Đại sư Mỹ ở Teheran. Khi ông Ronald Reagan vừa nhậm chứt Tổng thống, Iran vội vàng thả con tin ngay. Vậy Ngài Thẩm phán có thấy khi Hoa Kỳ có chính sách Ngoại giao được hỗ trợ sức mạnh quân sự thì kẻ thù nể mặt không? Nếu ông Joe Biden lên làm Tổng thống xác nhận Trung Cộng không phải là kẻ thù của Mỹ, có chính sách thân thiện với Trung Cộng, tôi tin rằng nước Mỹ sẽ bị Trung Cộng khống chế để cho những chính trị gia Mỹ có xu hướng xã hội chủ nghĩa phải cúi đầu làm theo mệnh lệnh của Trung Cộng ngay.

Chính vì tham vọng bành trướng của Trung Cộng mới khiến cho các quốc gia Á châu – đặc biệt Nhật Bản, Đài Loan – lo sợ, rầm rộ biểu tình ủng hộ Tổng thống Donald Trump. Ngài Thẩm phán có thấy hàng triệu người dân Hoa Kỳ đủ loại sắc tộc liên tục biểu tình ủng hộ Tổng thống Donald Trump, vì họ lo sợ ông Joe Biden, người thích quỳ gối một cách hèn hạ, mà lãnh đạo nước Mỹ, thì nền văn minh của nước Mỹ bị hủy diệt?

Tôi chỉ là công dân hạng hai của Mỹ, tiếng nói chẳng có trong lượng. Nhưng với kinh nghiệm của một người mất nước vào tay cộng sản, tôi có thể khẳng định rằng tương lai của nước Mỹ rất u ám, vì sự tống tiền, tống tình (blackmail) của Trung Cộng đã làm cho chính quyền và truyền thông trở nên thối nát và phản bội. Rất nhiều người Việt Nam thuộc vào hàng trí thức, nhiều người Việt Nam giàu có được hưởng đặc quyền, đặc lợi của Việt Nam Cộng Hòa, làm tay sai cho Việt Cộng. Tới khi Việt Cộng xâm chiếm cả nước, bọn phản bội không thể sống với Việt Cộng, đã chạy sang các nước tự do xin tỵ nạn chính trị. Nếu đảng Dân Chủ dùng sự gian lận, đưa Joe Biden lên làm Tổng thống, bị Trung Cộng đè đầu, những người phản bội nước Mỹ chạy đi đâu?

Đừng tưởng rằng nước Mỹ có binh lực hùng hậu, nhưng một tập đoàn lãnh đạo hèn hạ, tham nhũng, thối nát thì cái binh lực hùng hậu đó coi như vứt đi. Theo sự nhận xét của tôi, cơ quan an ninh như CIA, FBI, DNI đều bi Trung Cộng gài vào, hệ thống Tư pháp bị lũng đoạn, Truyền thông mất tính chất vô tư, trở nên dối trá giống như bộ phận Tuyên Truyền của Trung Cộng, đảng Dân Chủ đang thông đồng với Trung Cộng để đánh bại Tổng thống Donald Trump bằng sự gian lận. Tôi thấy Ngài Thẩm phán và Thẩm phán Stephan Breyer nên từ chức để ít nhất chứng tỏ Viện Tư pháp Tối cao còn có người dám nhận lãnh trách nhiệm và lòng tự trọng. Nhược bằng những người cầm quyền trong các ngành Hành Pháp, Lập Pháp, Tư Pháp đều vô trách nhiệm với Tổ Quốc, tham nhũng, thối nát như hiện nay, chắc chắn nước Mỹ sẽ nằm dưới ách đô hộ của Trung Cộng.
